As of October 2026, Bojin’s 44-person professional team covers investment research, portfolio management, legal and risk management, fund finance and investor relations. Backgrounds in equity investment, industrial technology, finance and medical equipment provide multiple perspectives on businesses.

The team turns professional experience into views that can be discussed: Is a technology ready for engineering? Does a product meet customer needs? Can the organisation and its funding support the next stage? Practical company challenges bring different specialists together.

The Hong Kong headquarters serves as the team’s shared office, investment decision-making and operations centre. Through company visits, on-site due diligence and industry partnerships, Bojin Ventures continues its investment research and business support activities in mainland China.

From research and investment decisions to portfolio support and exits, the team works throughout the project lifecycle. We use industry research to inform investment decisions and operating results to assess enterprise value, building professional expertise through exchange and practice.
